STRUCTA CONSULT is a structural consultancy firm based in the Philippines. The firm offers engineering services primarily to international clients. Delivery of projects are accomplished remotely, taking advantage of the advances in communication technology. We adopt a "client-first" approach. We specialize on various structural engineering fields.
Structural Analysis
Static analysis, dynamic response spectrum analysis, non-linear analysis, time history analysis, buckling analysis, construction sequence analysis. In-depth understanding of the first principles. Software programs to aid analysis include ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, SAFE, STRAND7.
Reinforced Concrete Design
Design of columns, beams, stairs, shearwalls, slabs, isolated or raft foundation. Details comply to intermediate or special moment frame (or shearwall) requirements. Familiarity with design codes such as ACI 318, AS3600, BS8110 and NSCP2015.
Post-tensioned Concrete Design
Design of PT suspended slabs and large span PT beams. Tendons can be monostrand or multi-strand. Design is aided by software package RAM Concept and RAPT.
Precast Concrete Design
Design of precast concrete columns, precast prestressed beams and hollowcore slabs, composite precast-insitu members. Compliance with PCI code and relevant concrete codes. Connections can be designed using proprietary solutions such as column shoes, wire loops, dowels and grouted couplers. Design approach consider lifting and erection cases.
Steel Design
Design of steel main structural frame members and connections. Code compliance to AISC 360, NSCP 2015 or Eurocode. Connections can be designed using Limcon or Idea Statica. Design of connections consider due emphasis to how the steel members will be erected and installed at site.
Structural Drafting and BIM
We offer structural drafting using AutoCAD and Building Information Modelling using AutoDesk Revit.
