The project is a two-story building with four units of apartments. The structural system for the building consists of special reinforced concrete beams and columns. The foundation consists of isolated footings interconnected with tie-beams.

The schematic layout features proper use spaces for good circulation. The apartment bedrooms are situated on the second floor of the building as requested by the client.
